An existing neighbourhood car service centre was occupied to house the first and only Porsche car service centre in Karnataka by Friendly Motors India Pvt. Ltd.
The space required a makeover of the existing service centre by keeping the outer shell intact and face lift it to a contemporary exteriors and interiors that showcased the company’s character and brand value.
An extended canopy, immaculate entrance porch and the corrugated, rugged surface for the exteriors set the rhythm for the interiors. The interior office space and the service bays, were refurbished to give a modern outlook.

The corporate interiors for the office of Elite automobiles Pvt. Ltd, underwent a renovation in 2012 with the increasing need to accommodate more staff and new divisions in the existing office in Bangalore. The office was re-vamped, with additional new cabins, conference room and staff spaces that were functional and aesthetically appealing, reflecting the company’s ethics.<br />

A renovation of a 25 year old traditionally constructed residence to a Law Practice Firm. The proposed office was had to be setup in the basement and ground floors without structurally disturbing the above 3 floors by introducing external columns to support the building.<br /> The challenge was to convert a brick and stone wall construction with small intermediate rooms, to a large and expansive, open floor plan with glass partitions and mirror ceilings to create a contemporary office.<br />

A renovation of a 10 year residence, which has been converted to a clinic cum diagnostic centre. Maintaining only the external walls, the internal space was razed down to one big hall with partitions created for privacy and comfort required for a maternity home.<br />
