The twin housing has two individual duplex houses designed side by side. The whole design is an open plan concept that offers - get together exterior spaces both in the front and back (garden, decks & alfresco) - public spaces ; and have an intermediate space - private space (courtyard) - that offers a delightful transition from the closed to open spaces.

The design is flexible and wholesome in its requirement where the whole of the ground floor can be thrown open and connected - on the event of a social gathering. The courtyard is the main component of the design. It serves as a breather and a pocket of green with seating that can be accessed from all sides of the ground floor and visually connects the interiors to the exteriors without being publicly visible.

The housing project integrates four independent residences with an external outlook of a single residence. The apartment is built on a 2400 sft plot in a layout. While the facade is contemporary in character, the individual layouts are that of a simple and functional house.

The duplex condominium is a fine 4000 sft space with a striking traditional facade and an internal layout that speaks of modernism. The concept revolves around a split level planning that offers different spaces on multiple levels seperated by short flight of stairs to zone out one area from another. The open villa plan, minimises circulation, yet creates enough privacy to keep the space distinct in character.
