The company – a one stop shop for various imported garden tools & equipment and forest maintainable equipment required a display showroom along with a company headquarters within its premises. The five floors, commercial complex was developed to take a good advantage of the corner plot to display a double height showroom. The above floors comprised of office, administration and interaction spaces for that served the customers and logistics within.

The 10,000 sft showroom was an interesting project to convert an existing movie theatre complex to a showroom cum workshop space for Maruti Suzuki. The footprint and the external façade had to be retained, while re-modelling the entire interior space, both structurally and architecturally, to be relevant to the new business.<br />
